PlayYourNotes - What is it?

PlayYourNotes is a new service for the online sale of music scores that have been prepared by professional musician.

How do I find notes?

You can browse our sheet music library in main Catalog page or use search input on the top of every page. When you are on the sheet details page you can also navigate to other sheets proposed by us that are similiar to currently watched by You.

How do I create an account?

On the top-right corner of the page click on "Sign up" button. Registration is very simple - we only need couple of information. After you register you will be automatically logged in by our portal.

I have not received any registering-confirmation e-mail for my user's account.

In case you do not receive email containing generated password, please first check that message is not in your spam folder. If that is the case, we advise you to set your anti-spam filter so it does not block out any email coming from playournotes.com, or to add no-reply@playournotes.com as an accepted sender to your address book.

I have lost my password. How can I retrieve it?

In case you have lost or forgotten your password, you can find the option "Forgot your password?" on the login page. You will be emailed with a link that you can use to set your new password.

In which languages is the portal available?

Currently PlayYourNotes is available in three languages: English, German and Polish.

May I use the PlayYourNotes portal on more than one computer?

You can access our portal with any computer or mobile device. However, you are not allowed to give your log-in information to anybody else.

How can I buy a music score?

On the product details page find instrument or notation you are interested in and click on the "Add to cart" button. Then go to Cart and click on the "Checkout" button. Choose the payment method and confirm the order. After payment ordered files will be sent to your email address.

Do I have to create an account to buy a music score?

No, creating an account is not required. If you do not want an account, during the checkout process specify the email address to which we send the notes.

How can I find out about new music scores?

At the bottom of each page there is a form through which you can subscribe to our newsletter. We will notify you about the new offer.

What methods of payment do I have at my disposal to buy music scores?

We offer two methods for instant payment: Dotpay and PayPal payments. If you do not want to use them, you can choose direct bank transfer to our bank account. Detailed informations about bank transfer you will receive in order confirmation email.

What currencies are supported?

Payments may be made in four currencies: polish zloty (PLN), euro (EUR), british pound (GBP) and U.S. dollar (USD). The basic price is polish zloty (PLN). Other currencies are calculated with current exchange rate and are valid at the time of order.

Where do I find the music scores I have bought?

In payment confirmation email purchased files will be placed in attachements.

In what format do I get music files?

Purchased files are in PDF format at a 1200dpi resolution.

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

No. Due to the nature of our offer purchased files are not refundable. If you will receive a defected file, please inform us of that fact. We will resend correct file. More information about complaints you can find in Terms and conditions.

How can I delete my account?

Please send an email to contact(at)playournotes.com informing us that you wish to delete your account.
